Meetings    

A. Meetings can be arranged.  One week's notice is required.
Call 612-781-2723 for an appointment for a meeting.

A1. Meetings at the principal office location of ElectroSoft Engineering can be obtained between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the normal work week, Monday through Friday.

A2. Special meetings can be arranged at some pre-deterimined location and time.  Call at least one week ahead. For a meeting via phone call over the Skype network, go to your Skype screen and search for us; our Skype name is "alray101".  We also can do Skype video calls where we use a small webcam for viewing things associated with your project.  Send us an email with your request for a video call over the Skype network.  Send it to us at engineer@iwe.us.com .  Thank you!

A3. Charges for meetings are done per the terms of our mutual agreement. We usually discuss this at our first meeting.  Send us an email to request a sample agreement document for review in preparation for our meeting; send an email to: engineer@iwe.us.com .  Thank you!

B.  Telephone Meetings or Telephone conference call

B1.  Meetings via telephone can be arranged; call at least one week in advance.

B2.  Charges for telephone types of meetings are the same as for meeting charges as in A3 above.
